06 / QUESTIONS
Before you begin.
What is oflime?
oflime connects shared questions with nearby places and reserved times for offline experience sharing. A typical table lasts 60-90 minutes. Venue approval and the minimum group must be met before it is confirmed.
Is there a participation fee?
Free tables have no participation fee. Paid tables show their fees in the details; cafe drinks and venue drink requirements are separate. A live card-payment provider is not connected yet.
Is applying to host the same as opening a table?
Review the host role and apply first. Approved hosts can submit a topic and venue request. The table is confirmed after venue approval and minimum recruitment.
How does identity verification work?
The current pilot distinguishes entered profile details from operator contact review. Provider verification is not connected yet. The public-service design requires identity and adult checks before participation or payment.
Can I go straight to the service?
Yes. Get started opens exploration directly. You can return to this landing page from the service, and you never need to wait for the video.
Can I return to the introduction after entering the service?
Yes. Get started opens exploration in the same tab. Use your browser’s Back button or the service menu to return to the introduction.
Can I join on my own?
Yes. Join on your own when the topic interests you. Choose by question, venue and time. Sharing contacts or meeting again is optional.
What if the minimum is not reached?
Both venue approval and the minimum group size are required for confirmation. Check My conversations and the details for changes or cancellation. Paid orders follow their applicable cancellation and refund terms.
Can I cancel after applying?
Check participation and cancellation availability in My conversations. Timing and order status can affect handling. A refund request is separate from a payment provider completing a refund.
Which language is used?
Check the language in each conversation. This introduction supports Korean and English; that does not mean every table is bilingual or offers live interpretation.
Is the cafe automatically booked?
The host submits a venue request for review by its contact or the operator. Venue approval and table confirmation are separate. Choosing a sample venue does not reserve a real cafe.
Are my legal name and contact public?
Private names and contacts are separated from public nicknames. The design limits host and venue access to role-related information. Read Privacy for the detailed scope.
